"Marks office sends me information and documents regarding to other peoples insurance information. So far I have received two documents from two different agents one with their clients names, addresses, year make and model of the vehical, the vin number, their policy number, what their coverage is and their signature and another with their home owners insurance. All of this information is extremly private and should not be allowed to be sent to other customers. I'm concnered that my information is being shared with other customers as well. This is a breach of privacy."

When I had car trouble she recommended her personal mechanic. He gave me suggestions and said if it doesn't work I'll take care of it for you. I explained the situation with our previous agent and she empathize with our experience.
